Director, artist, and photographer Camille Summers-Valli is now on the books at MJZ. Born in Bangkok and raised in Nepal, she graduated from Central Saint Martins in 2014 with a degree in oh-so fine art. |
Since then, Summers-Valli has crafted spots for the likes of Adidas, Nike, and Vogue. Her recent work for the latter earned a Vimeo Staff Pick for its take on body positivity and body types. Even as designers seek to dress more diverse body shapes, the film suggests that true acceptance is still a ways away. |
Such work led MJZ to sign her for representation in the UK, the US, and the Netherlands. The company were also impressed by Summers-Valli's work for Coach, who wanted self-esteem to be the autumn trend. Elle Fanning is one of four famous faces to star in the luxury fashion brand's latest campaign, which shows confidence is a wardrobe staple. Armed with a bag that's got her back - and a mind of its own - Fanning finds the "courage to be real" via a spontaneous dance break, and nails an audition with style. |
