RORY HANRAHAN ARRIVES AT CMN PPL FLMS.

Dublin-based writer and director Rory Hanrahan is now on the books at Common People Films (CMN PPL FLMS). A former creative at the likes of Mother, Mekanism, and 72andSunny, Hanrahan now directs commercials like there's no tomorrow.

Last year, at the risk of referendum overload, Hanrahan and Irish condiment brand Chef asked viewers to choose between the fridge or the press/cupboard for ketchup. Campaign spokesman Paul McGrath may be a Manchester United, Aston Villa, and Republic of Ireland legend, but even he gets told off by a pro-fridge granny on the street.



Executive producer Emily Crofton-Atkins keeps her condiment storage preferences to herself, but she does say: "Rory is a reliable trusted comedy director who has a wealth of experience and expertise. We had a great connection from the start with a shared common interest of achieving curated exciting work. Looking forward to all that lies ahead!"

The last word goes to Hanrahan: "CMN PPL is home to such an interesting mix of different voices, from the insanely zany to the perfectly human.
