ALESSANDRO DE LEO SIGNS FOR BIRTH.

Birth have signed an "unstoppable force" in Italian director Alessandro de Leo. Known for deft, funny commercials with nods to Surrealism, de Leo is full of beans as he joins for UK, US, and French representation.

He says: "I joined Birth because we share the same vision. I feel the same urgency to grow and to create something new. We have the same energy and the desire to have fun doing what we love the most!

"Our first project together for Alaska Airlines was exactly what I'm talking about: a cool project with great people. The vibe during the whole process was simply perfect, and that's the most important thing to me!"


And what does Birth CCO Hugo Legrand-Nathan have to say about de Leo? "He is as professional and fun to work with as his work would suggest. A virtuoso of comedy! We shot a project almost as soon as he joined and our first collaboration exceeded all expectations."

We leave you with a spot of toilet humour for Italian broadband firm Tiscali. Whether the protagonist is on the loo, in the car, or about to get it on, he cannot escape the eerie representative from a rival provider. De Leo ramps up the invasion before the brand come to the rescue.
