Agile Films have announced the addition of filmmaker Jake Dypka to their nimble roster.
Berkshire-born Dypka (pictured left) has shot for many high-profile brands over the years, including language-learning app Babbel. His 2019 commercial rejoins Alexi the alien on his quest to master Earth's myriad tongues.
He was on familiar ground for a diverting 2018 commercial for Arla Fibre which gave plant-based carbohydrates a shot in the arm. Like the previous ad, likeable performances and strong production design keep viewers onside with Dypka’s deft touch clear for anyone to see.
Dypka recently tackled more dramatic fare with Cancer Research’s ‘We Don’t Break Records’ campaign. Despite the weighty subject matter, Dypka brings just the right amount of pink-tinged flair to proceedings for a cancer awareness film with attitude. And, er, bobble hats.
