JOAKIM REVEMAN JOINS ANOTHER FILM COMPANY.

Swedish-born director Joakim Reveman has joined Another Film Company for UK representation.

Another's latest signing brings both agency experience and filmmaking nous to the table. Having established himself as a creative whizz at the likes of TBWA Paris, Reveman decided directing was his next port of call... and he's taken to it rather well.

That must give him a leg-up when making pitches, eh? He's got a firm grasp of how to satisfy clients while playing to his own filmmaking strengths.

For example, Reveman enjoys bringing character-focused laughs to his work. Check out this Wilkinson Sword commercial to see what we mean.

Poor Ferguson. I'll keep Helsinki Charcoal 2fC in mind next time I'm redecorating. Details like this bring levity to a sector not widely regarded for its comic stature and Reveman's quirky treatment ensures that the brand is the star.

I believe that it's vital to work with a professional company with a strong UK DNA. I found all that... at Another.

 ”

So Reveman offers a fresh approach? It's one of his signature traits. Together with The Vikings - the directing enclave he co-founded - Reveman crafted this engaging Epuron commercial.

Starring a distinctive-looking gent as he struggles to find his place in the world, the script carries the viewer to an unexpected pay-off...

An unusual approach for an energy company. Reveman appears drawn to distinctive projects. Another of his qualities is producing off-kilter imagery. To promote ESPN's radio service, he delved into a giant ear's inner thoughts.

Managing Director Nicky Flemming says of Reveman's ability: "Joakim effortlessly combines idiosyncratic casting, performance, and visual style into a unique brand of comedy that really sets his work apart."

And what drew Reveman to Another? "I believe it's vital to work with a professional company with a strong UK DNA. I found all that in Tim Marshall and his entire team at Another."

Reveman is also keen to make his mark on the British market: "I want to inject personality... an oddly romantic or simple human touch that makes the audience feel again."
