Ooh, tell us more about this triple threat. Already an established Bare director, Dan Zeff made his name through his TV comedy exploits, including Inside No. 9 and BBC Three’s Pramface - which is where he met Dylan Edwards. The pair hit it off and began scribbling scripts together.
Plus Zeff can give his colleagues the guided tour of Bare HQ, eh? Sure, if time allows. After all, Zeff and co. will be eager to get cracking on Bob material.
What’s the score with Dylan Edwards? As well as being a prolific comic performer, Edwards is making his own strides as a writer and director. Web series Difficult Second Coming gave Edwards the chance to stretch his creative muscles.
And what does Sami Abusamra bring to the equation?
Abusamra does everything… well, near enough. On any given day you’ll find him writing, directing, editing, and/or animating. No wonder Bob’s reel is already packed with original and branded material.
For instance, he coaxed Richard Branson into the recording booth for this Virgin Trains skit. If you ever wanted to watch the entrepreneur practise his bing-bongs, now’s your chance.
