KĀCIKŹ JOIN DOG EAT DOG.

The director duo once known as Santi & Pablo has morphed into KĀCIKŹ ['ka-see-kay'], a new addition to Dog Eat Dog's UK roster. After ten-plus years on the circuit, Colombians Santiago Arbelaez and Pablo Rivera felt it was time for a rebrand, a name with more intrigue and accent marks. KĀCIKŹ ticks both those boxes.

Those concerned that the Santi & Pablo way is gone forever, fear not—their new website says they are "driven to create memorable films that cut through in an increasingly noisy and monotone world." This is music to the ears of DOGEATDOG executive producer Sam Katz.


"I can say for sure that KĀCIKŹ are going to be something special for us at DOGEATDOG. They challenge us to push harder and sweat every creative drop from a project, always seeing how we can raise the bar higher.

They bring such a vibrant energy to the family, and as an added bonus," says Katz, "they happen to be great guys too. We are incredibly excited to see where this new relationship is going to take us."


The last word goes to Arbelaez and Pablo Rivera: "We're beyond stoked to be on board with the Dog Eat Dog crew. With their incredible talent, it's a total privilege to be represented by them—it's a natural and dynamic fit. We just worked on our first project together and everything went super smooth. We both felt as if we'd all known each other for ages already."
