Irish filmmaking duo Mark Daly and Lorraine Nolan (aka Scéal) have joined Curate Films for commercial representation.
Scéal means story in Gaelic, and Daly and Nolan wish to share as many as possible with Curate's backing. Thanks to their combined experiences in acting, writing, and directing, the pair are well placed to do so.
Both moved to London to pursue their respective goals (Nolan studied film at Goldsmiths, University of London, while Daly cut his teeth at the Picture Production Company), and now form an ambitious double act that's well worth tracking.
While Scéal prepare for their first Curate gig, check out their intricate piece of work for Sky's #JustBe campaign. Vibrant casting and a mosaic-inspired aesthetic illustrate the brand's support for LGBT+ viewers, as well as Scéal's knack for visual storytelling.
