Production designer Max Lincoln, who has worked on several pieces of outstanding work this year, has joined the roster at Loop. Lucy Price of Loop is understandably cock-a-hoop about her latest acquisition, so let's have a little dive into his work to see why.
This Quorn film (below) by director Jim Archer was a simple idea beautifully rendered and heavily reliant on its production design... as well as the terrific voicework. Marrying the two was down to Archer, of course, but Max Lincoln's contribution staked him a claim for MVP.
Max Lincoln describes having access to Castle Howard for the Arctic Monkeys promo 'Four Out of Five Strs' (below) as his career highlight. Working alongside Mark Connell, Lincoln obviously had a lot of fun at a location that's slightly more famous as the setting for the 1980s take on 'Brideshead Revisited' as well as the more recent series 'Bridgerton'.
Another collaboration with Jim Archer - this time for Sixt - enabled Lincoln to demonstrate his encyclopedic knowledge of cheesy pornography sets as one of the protagonists embarks on a career in the adult film industry.
For more on Max Lincoln, visit the relevant part of Loop's website and then contact them using the online form, or call Lucy Price on 020 3488 6599.
